My in laws torture me what to do

I am a Muslim women. after the marriage I was mentally and physically tortured by my in laws and husband for dowry.and other things .They treat me like a slave not as a wife and daughter in law.i was totally frustrated.will I get the rights from the law which a married women is entitled after harrassment from In laws and husband???
It is a case of domestic violence. You can file a complaint before the court under the protection of women from domestic violence act 2005. Under the said act the aggrieved women have several rights against any member of the family pertaining to domestic violence. Consult a lawyer of your city.
