My husband was arrested by police on August 2022 because of false complaint filed against him by his relative. He got a conditional bail on which he has to sign every Sunday at police station. He has been visiting the station regularly. He wouldn't neglect any rules but still the police applied before the court for cancellation of the bail. So i want to know the solution for this problem.

Contest seriously appearing through your advocate and produce evidences to show that your husband was present before police for investigation, go through the reason mentioned in cancellation of bail application.
