My grandfather sold many properties without getting any signatures from his children's. Recently he wanted to rent out one of his property, so one of his daughter sold items in the house as it was smelling. The grandfather then went to police station and complained that his daughter stole it and also included my mothers name in it for filing an FIR. What should be done in this case? We have not done anything or stole anything. The daughter is even telling she sold it even in front of police.

Well, the Grand Daughter can file a cross Police Complaint against her Grandfather for lodging fake Police Complaint against her and other family members without any evidence. Police will investigate both the Police Complaints and punish the guilty.
