Hello, you need to either submit surety under Sec. 107 CrPC or should challenge order under his provision. Also, for Sec. 354 of IPC you have to file application for discharge or quashing before high court.

you are not mention the age of victim. age of victim is less than 18 years that she is minor then the mother of victim can file criminal case against you in this case only one option available to you go for anticipatory bail because punishment under section 354 is very Harsh.
