My girlfriend put case of 376, it 66 67

we was in relationship for 7 years we was going to marriage in 2017, I have done almost arrangements, but few days before she break the marriage, after few days she again started saying let's get marriage, when I say I don't have money she started harassing me. She use to send me her nude pic, many times I try to call her family to inform for her this kind of behavior, but they dont response, so I put that same on status by selecting there 3 family members, and next day they filled case on me.

Well, it seems that you are underground and you must have hired a Defence lawyer to get yourself defended from Sec 376 of IPC. If you have not hired, then, I must suggest you to hire a one, either me or someone else, otherwise, crime which you have not done, you will be booked for it along with other sections of IT Act, 2000.
