My girlfriend filed fake case on me

My girl friend and i were in relationship for 6 months and i informed bout her at my home for marraige but my parents dint agree her so in rage she filed case against my parents so i brokeup wid her due to which she filed 376 and 417 on me will i get out of the case how long will it take... We dint have any sexual intercourse we only had sex chat

Dear Sir, If she had filed false case then immediately approach the High Court and get such FIR quashed and thereafter file defamation case against her. Similarly, you may ask your parents to go for quashing the FIR which was registered against them.
