My gf is threatening me to marry else commit suicide..she cheated on me with several boys and i have proofs also.. Iam worried to complain police about this as per 506 ipc bcoz same thing happened with my friend and he went to ps instead of doing fir on that girl police called her to ps and filed rape case against my friendnnNow i can't trust police anymore... My gf is blackmailing me often and i am worried to complain also.... Plz suggest

hi was there any FIR booked against you then you could file for anitixipatory bail or quash petition to not to take any coercive steps against you so that you could take appropriate steps against police and seek remedy
