My friend threatened to file a case of harassment.

I have filed a lawsuit against my friend recently who had refused to repay my loan which i gave him earlier. My lawyer asked me for the name of his wife and her father for some petition filing purpose as i attended his marriage and he took loan for that marriage function.
Today he called me on phone and threatened me that i'll file a lawsuit of harrassment against you as you're talking to my wife away from my knowledge. And he also threatned me that i'll be facing dire consequences if any of his in-laws name get into this matter.
My question is, can he so easily file a case of harrassment just because i was talking to his wife who were talking to me on her own will?

Hello client as Ur saying Ur case is little bit complicated as I have filled law suit against one of Ur friend to whom it have given a loan of some amount due to which it have filled law suit.ur advocate has taken the name of his wife and his father name from u .but Ur friend given call to u and tried to threat you and ask u the reason tht why Ur talking to his wife if any name of his in-laws came in suit then you will bear consequences in this position you have to take immediate action against Ur friend other wise you will be in trouble from Ur friend side.
