My friend got bail on surety. need to ask if surety person dies can bail will be cancelled or if surety person withdraw surety what will happen. please let me know in both the cases. consequences.my charge sheet is not yet filed its been 5 years now what to do.should my friend be keep silence or anything he has to do.

you have to intimate the court filing application under section 447 and must furnish new surety, otherwise if your opponent files an application under section 437(5) before magistrate or 439(1) before session court your friend bail may be cancelled immediately.
