My friend as projected as last victim in spa case

how can i get bail for my friend , she is victim in the case and they put her in prison?if she is an accused means can be put in prison , how can they put a victim in prison for more than 10 days.She was a victim in a place where she went to work in a spa, where she joined just one week and when she doesn't know about the place fully?

hi Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, it's so unfortunate that your friend has been arrested, firstly apply for a bail and have your friend released, subsequently you can file for quashing the FIR and have the case closed, thank you

Once victim was given at apresence of crime spot on that day automatically she added one of the accused. We are apply the bail on concern court. Then we will prove her innocence and qaush fir. initially send me FIR COPY and we can move further steps against her fir
