My FIR is filed on 10th November and still chargesheet not filed

Hello LawyersnnFIR was filed against me on 10th of November and interrogation happened for accused and the complainant. By when they should file the chargesheet. I have got the interim bail

the chare sheet should be filled within 90 days from the date of filing of fir. if police is delayed response then it will be beneficial to you. what type of fir for and under which provisions of law it was filed. if you need to Speed up then contact the station officer
