9 members killed my father in 2016 may 26 the fir registered bate is 2018 .Now the case was on schedulennWho many years I hav to wait for killer punishment why this case was taking so long ..Can we do anything to get this case for final hearing?

hi first you are saying that the incident occured in the year 2016 but the FIR was of year 2018 then why is delay in filing FIR and if there is delay in the process you could file petition in high court to expediete the trial
