My father has been arrested on a fake case issues

My father was arrested on Thursday as the person who filled the case has claimed wrong reasons. The weapons he mentioned weren't used neither were there. But without investigation the police arrested my father on 326 ipc saying he used a weapon. The person also mentioned that he has a fracture but also mentions that he has to go under surgery, how is it that the fractures go under surgery of the chin. He says that there were people who helped him pull back, when we asked those people they said we werent even the part of it. How are we to get my father back?

You first got to apply for bail application of your father. If you are not satisfied with the police investigation then you may write to superintendent of police or the concerned DCP or higher police authority raising questions over the investigation and to transfer it

first of all make application to IG and dig and DCP and CP that there is wrong case registered on my father and go for bail and first release him from the jail by full feeling the terms and conditions of the bail orde take the certified copy of the FIR from the court and as soon as possible go to High court and file the application under section 482 of CRPC for the quashing of FIR with the reasonable answer along with evidence and witness so that your father will be safe forever
