My Family(5 of us) got into an argument on Highway

There is an FIR in my name right now from an unknown person who we got into fight in Highway. As i was just part of scene and did not participate in violence, Police will remove my name from chargesheet. Will i gte visa now?

I understand your question. you struckd in one criminal case right now your name deleted in charsheet now you want to get veesa right but your name also deleeted in case that is important so just clarify with cort certified copy and clarrify your name is deleted in court copy or not so if it is deleted in court copy you will get veesa nonany issue so do you need any legal help contact me thank
