My family filed false report against my boyfriend without my consent

Is it possible that my family like my mama and mom can file false case of love jihad against my muslim boyfriend and his father without me and police keep them under custody as i am hindu but my bf is innocent and he is saying that he is in sp office jila collectrate and my family is denying that they have not filed the case as it is not possible without my consent

Are you living with your boyfriend? And is it a FIR or just a complaint? What are the grounds of FIR? Please share FIR copy.. Your boyfriend(accused) move a FIR quashing under 482 of crpc in the high court... If you provide all details I will give best possible advice
