My ex is blackmailing me with som of my photos. It has been continuing about 1 year 2 months. He is not stopping blackmail. I'm still under 18.nWhat can I do if I don't want to make any case or any FIR

Instead of filing complaint against your ex boyfriend you don't have any other resort. You have to file complaint against him in order to avoid future complications or misfortune. otherwise if you threaten him to file the complaint then he might misuse the photo against you.

If he has your photos and he is blackmailing you then you may very well file a complaint before the nearest police station. A well drafted complaint, ideally under the supervision of an advocate, should be filed at the police

In case you don't wish to file an FIR against him, you have the option to send a legal notice warning him against the consequences of blackmailing you and refraining him from further blackmailing you. If you can help me with the name of your local police station, I can draft a notice for the same.
