You may ask youur mother to file a complaint of harassment with the police and when he comes and meet personally call the police immediately.

Regarding that he is defaming your name u make file a defamation suit and also file a case of threat under Indian penal code..

It is the clear case of threat but you have to do one thing that please file a petition to nearest police station describing all details happend with his during . and wait for action of police for 3 moths .

You can approach the Women Police station and prefer a complaint in detail and if the threatening is in such a manner you can approach the Hon'ble High Court for Police Protection. For further details you can get in touch with.

If your ex boy friend is continuing with his rude character and harassing you and your mother using your old photos, you are legally advised to file a Criminal complaint against your ex-boy friend and his mother under Section 156 (3) of CrPC before the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate 'Court having jurisdiction over the area where the alleged offence is said to have been committed.
While reading your questions It is seen that your complaint comes under section 499 IPC relating to Defamation as your ex-boy friend is using your old photos to defame you and your mother.
Secondly you are under a fear that this person may come to your place of residence to spoil your life or cause harm to you, which is coming under Section 441 IPC relating to Criminal Tresspass.
Thirdly you have said that this person and his mother had gone to your mother's workplace and threatened her, here again the behaviour of these persons attracts Section 503 IPC relating to Criminal Intimidation.
While drafting the Criminal Complaint please ensure that the above said sections 441, 499, and 503 of the Indian Penal Code are inserted.

Question: I had a serious relationship with a boy.But I can't adjusting with his rude character nowadays .So I talked with he and his family that I can't continue this.My ex-boyfriend harassing me and my mother using our old photos.he will publish it and spoil my life if I won't ready to marry him.He and his mother goes to my mother's workspace and soldered her. We are living in a fear that when he will come to our residing place and spoil my life image and all.i am sure that I can't go to that relation ever.please help me how I can solve this problem more secretly.In my side my father and mother only understood this.

Only option available to you is to file a police case at Vanitha Cell of your District or Approach your Local Police Station ,Handle this with at most Care because Boy will be in noting to lose condition . If necessary ask Lawrato People to arrange a phone call with me
