My Douther Registered A Fir Against Husband U/S420.

Registered fir for wrong date of birth provide by husband in biodata.IO yet not recovered McD/school birth certificate from accused to prove date of birth.IO also recovered driving licence for the same but I have doubt that the date of birth in school cirtificate not same as driving licence and biodata.please advice me how IO investigation to recover school cirtificate/McD birth cirtificate

Police generally verify date of birth from municipal certificate or last attending school by visiting the places or offices or as per the court’s order. The IO must send a notice under section 91 CrPC to both the school as well as to the MCD department for the supply of the information regarding and also the certified copy if needed of the husband. And then if he/she finds any doubt then he/she must mention it in the chargesheet. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

As per your query, according to me and as per rule of law IO must investigate each and very thing and as well as must be taken all statement of witness , and accused alongwith complainant. First it’s very important to meet with IO and narrate all entire real facts and given him all the evidence against the accused which you have. Then after that IO have recovered easily from accused l.
