Hi You will need to file a bail application under section 437 CrPC once the provisional bail period expires. I suggest you wait, in case charge sheet is not filed within 90 days then you should immediately file the bail application. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

Details are required to be examined. in given circumstances you surrender on expiration of provisional bail or parole and thereafter, a fresh bail application be filed in district court. You surrender would also be a good ground for good conduct.

Section 379 is a non-bailable offence, among the rest, therefore u need to file bail at the concerned district court for the same ..bcoz the Hon’ble High court will also ask u to file the bail application there itself ! Kindly b in touch to understand the legalities .. Thanks
