my case court summon came and attend the court related

hi sir/madam ..court summon came to me first time for attend the court .I didn't sign that summon report .. I can not attend the court that day ..is it possible to me for can't attend the court what happened to me ?

நீதிமன்றத்தில் இருந்து உங்களுக்கு சமன் வந்துள்ளது நீங்கள் அதில் கையெழுத்து இட வில்லை என்று கூறுகிறீர்கள் தற்பொழுது அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட நாளில் நீங்கள் ஆஜராகாத பொழுது மீண்டும் நீதிமன்றம் மற்றொரு நாளில் நீங்கள் ஆஜராகுமாறு வலியுறுத்தும்
