I understand your questions if any marriag lady filed case against her husband if it is wrong or right it is secondary but first you have to fallow the legal proceedings under law for example she filed a False FI R like 498a some think you will apply the anticipatery bail then from sessions Court and orive it it is false case like that so but begining police will nit agree to stop the criminal procedings
