If High court rejects bail in section-376 then what type of circumstances become base for apply bail in Session Court???

hello client as i can read your issue tht the bail apllication has been rejected by the high court . in this case the rejection of high court is tye base of rejection at default in session courts at present there is only action can be taken where bail is possible tht is to file bail in supreme court.

Hi If the court rejects bail then there has to be a new ground to initiate with a fresh bail. The new ground could be framing of charges, evidence been led, etc. For more information feel free to have a word with me. All the best !

Bail can be applied for again in case of any change in circumstances. However before being able to properly advise you on this, it is necessary that the order whereby the bail was dismissed by the high court is seen.
