My brother is convicted and he is in jail

My brother is in jail he convicted last month for 1 year is there anyway to get bail

hello client as you are saying that your mother got convicted in some case and at present she is in jail as the query is concerned is very much straight answer is yes after convition thai bail is possible . but to get the bail you need to file the appeal in the higher juridition of court so that the appalet court accept your appeal and after the bail can be applied.

If your brother has already been convicted then you have got the option to move to the sessions court if the sentence is being passed by the magistrate court and if it’s passed by the sessions court then you can always apply in the high court. Bail will be possible if you apply for. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can get a bail depending upon the offence for which he is in jail and stage of proceedings. it will be better to deal with the facts known beforehand. kindly consult for an opinion on the same
