first you may file a criminal complaint to the your concerned Police station u/s 376, 420 IPC if the police not registered your case you have to approach to the SP office and further you can move to the court directly. for more details and legal assistance you need to hire a lawyer and meet him with your proofs whatever you have.

Lodge a FIR against him for false promise of marriage as it amounts to rape. usually the police lodges the FIR in case like this, however if the police refuses to do so ask the help of a lawyer. visit chamber for further details

you can file a first information report by alleging rape charges against him and also stating the breach of trust which he has done and in such circumstances he will be severely penalised in the most brutal manner
