My boyfriend cheated me and refuses for marriage

I was in relationship with my bf from 3 years, he promises regarding marriage but in my house they were looking for groom I informed him to get married he is refusing now due to caste issue as he is reddy and I m bhovi(sc) he called me to speak regarding marriage and hit me in public and abused me, he used me physically for 3 years I I filed a cases as he hit me in public he got bail as well. I shd teach him a lesson as this kind of ppl use girls and throw them Plzz advice Wat steps shd I take as I have a short period of time

firstly don't proceed legally without proper plan, make yourself clear and consult advocate later file complaint otherwise you may end up in trouble and procedures error/lapses, secondly file a complaint for cheating and abusing physically and mentally narrating facts and circumstances.

Dear Madam, You may file even a rape case and cheating case against him and he will be sent to jail. If you want you can declare yourself as his wife and forcibly enter into his house and stay in his house as wife. Better you must become more stronger and fight by yourself.
