My boy friend promise me to marry me but after sex he doesn't response

I have a problem with my boy friend he loves me and keep sex with me and now he told me that he does marry me because of family and I have photo copy and messages for he promise me to marry me and keeping sex with him and now he tell me I going to marry someone can I make a file for this
initially i asked where you from?
and then whats your age?
both are attained major?
And my suggestions is file a case against him woman sexual harassment and breach of trust
otherwise you want to live with him you file a case under the conjugal rights to live with him

Section 69 of the BNS
This section of the law criminalizes a man who promises to marry a woman but doesn't intend to, and then has consensual sex with her. The punishment for this offense is a fine and up to 10 years in prison. This can definetly be contested.
