My big brother (23 yr old) is a highly drug addict and took money from his friends and now he's not returning the money so his friends are coming to my home and threatening me that they will case a fir against my brother and the police will arrest me if my brother is not present in case they will beat me too and I know it's too much so what can I do I know my brother has done a crime so I think he should be arrested but what about the threatenings and I've done nothing so it's wrong to threat me

U file a complaint to the police authorities against alleged threats given by ur brothers friends .The police cannot arrest u as u have not done any wrong and the borrowed is done by ur brother for which no liability rests on u .Therefore file a complaint to the police and appraise the matter to senior authorities also.
