My big brother (23 yr old) is a highly drug addict and took money from his friends and now he's not returning the money so his friends are coming to my home and threatening me that they will case a fir against my brother and the police will arrest me if my brother is not present in case they will beat me too and I know it's too much so what can I do I know my brother has done a crime so I think he should be arrested but what about the threatenings and I've done nothing so it's wrong to threat me

don't worry even if your elder brother's friend or whatever they are file an FIR and file a case then also police cannot arrest you they can only ask you about there whereabouts of your brother. if the people beat you then it's illegal they have no right to beat you if you want you can file an FIR against them for beating you.
