My best friend was molested by my husband

Can i sue my husband if he molested my very close friend when my friend came at my home for staying for 2 days and had to left in one day only. She said this to me saying that your husband tried to become tooo much close. I asked this to my husband and he said sorry to me and my friend. After some days my husband beat me being an abusive person, when i was sharing this incident to my that friend, she angrily elaborated the whole story what my husband did with her. She told me that my husband is a characteless person and touched her private parts many times while walikng, while talking and also kissed her while she was sleeping and touched her unwantedly. But she been quite thinking about my married life. HOWever, now she also told that her husband will never allow her to come forward and take legal action in this regard. Now can i sue my husband for this molestation case as he did everything in my home and many actions on my bed?

you wanted to see your husband in a molestation case which he did to your very close friend he has beaten you many times and now after this he uses to abuse you so the whole story of your husband convert from your friend that he is a characterless and he is a very ridiculous person so you want to file a a molestation case against your husband and you want to take legal action against him

Madam.. First point is that your friend Is the victim in this case.. So She is the person who has to go to police and lodge FIR against him.. Suppose if she does not appear before police then your complaint may not be taken into consideration.. But you can complaint against his violent acts against you..

hello, I have seen your query carefully and found that you are willing to file case against your husband due to unexpected and indecent behaviour towards your friend but your friend is not willing to come forward due to pressure of her husband. in this situation you can not file any case against your husband on behalf of your friend who is the victim. But if you want to teach a lesson to your husband then you can file a criminal complaint against him for physical and mental cruelty and incorporated the facts of this incident in your complaint. it is also found from your post that your husband is a habitual and character less person. you can contact me for further guidance and advice through the administrator of this website.
