my aunt had not paid any amount after promising that she would do

29-Jan-2024 (In Criminal Law)
I have coconut land (90 trees) and my aunt told me on call that she would take care of it and pay the coconut amt share to me. this happened on call there is no written agreement. I trusted her and told her to just harvest and sell coconuts and pay the money, and the amount I would finalize when I meet her face to face. but later when I called her she used to give reasons like she was not in the village/unwell and it went on for 1.5 yrs. and when I met her she refused to pay any amount.

if it's you land why don't you take possession of the property and and enter into agreement going forward. for this instances you can file a case against your aunt foe recover of the amount. Try to find out to what amount was it sold
