ancestral house tenure holder was my grand mother after her deth in 2001, by brother's are deleted my name from revenue records by a false will in 2005,after it come to my notice I file fraud&forgery casenin competent court,but due to overlooking of my advocate they mention in writ fraud&forgery happened after deth of my mother instead of grand mother, when I discussed the same he say that property is ancestral and fraud and forgery was happen it will not effect on case Sir please advise me,than

you must challenge that will and appeal in the High Court definitely the high court will recall all the case related documents and start re examination and if anything is happened against you coat cell issue read to the officials even the writ of certiari can be issued against the judicial officer
