my advocate did not exibit the document in trial

in false ipc 376(2)n , i have got bail from highcourt by the document put by my highcourt advocate that she went with me her own will . she wrote application in police station and went with me , after she again fill case in another place . in trial my advocate did not put the related documemt which was exibit in highcourt. is there any way to exibit document while argument stage now plz help me

hello clients aa i can see uour issue is trally veey serious issue as well as it ia very much defamatry as well . in this matter you need an expeet person aa advocate who knows the gull knowledge for criminal trial of 376 case properly . in my views you still have chance to skip the full criminal trial for years you can get your self free from good efforts from your advocate who know the tral criminal law on tht peeaon can help you for sure do not be casual

If you are sure that your advocate did not exhibited the document intentionally and deliberately now the option left with you is to move an application under section 311 CRPC to recall the witness on the document for more information you can contact us our office the answer is dictated there may be some type of graphical error thank you
