My 6 Cheque Books are missing, containing 81 blank signed cheques

Dear Sir, While searching my cheque books for auditing purpose, i came to know that 6 cheque books containing 81 blank signed cheques are missing. Can i do Online police complaint and get CSR online?. Is it mandatory to visit local police station and give written complaint? What is the procedure? Please guide me.

Draft a complaint and post it to the police station of your area But before posting the complaint, you have to retain few copies which might be helpful for further litigation process. if you need anymore clarifications, you can contact me

cheques missing is equivalent to the missing of birth certificate. you have to visit the nearest police station to complaint about the missing. no use of online complaint. first write a letter to stop payment
