a case of allahabad district court of accident "State v/s unknown", i know the unknown, and its murder not accident for a scam of RS. 2.00 CR, hv all evidences,.... where to report/ approch other than police, ??? family members of deceased compromised for some money.

You may approach to the court of CJM and court will take cognizance of your complaint either it will issue process or will direct 156(3). You may also through an application to the District Judge send through postal service bring this thing into the knowledge of the court.
