Muncipal Notice on the house construction

we have received an notice from municipality of hunsur stating that somebody has objected that we are constructing the house in Road,
We did the survey again with external vendor and have clear document on sale deed,katha and survey details but they said they will not be able to give the license for home construction because our layout doesn't have 30 feet road.
