Multi level marketing - Products are ordered without revealing anythin

I lost money in multi level marketing company. It’s operating ponzi scheme in the guise of network marketing. n1) My question is why govt not doing anything to stop this menace as the money is flowing to Hong Kong? Why supreme court gave favourable judgement to the company in 2016?n2) How can I get back my lost money? Nobody is telling anything accurately. The ED has frozen bank account in Jan-23 but still the people are operating business till today. Really looking for expert lawyer!

Hi There are three ways to approach 1. File a quash petition in High Court for 498 2. File dispense petition for personal attendance before High Court in DVC 3. Can transfer the case from one court to another by file transfer petition During the Covid time virtual hearing is allowed but now there is no possibility to attend the court virtually.
