नजदीकी थाने में सत्य घटनाओं के आधार पर लिखित शिकायत दें। मेडिकल एग्ज़ामिनेशन, कॉल/चैट/वीडियो जैसे डिजिटल साक्ष्य, गवाह आदि सुरक्षित रखें। पुलिस FIR दर्ज न करे तो SP/ACP को शिकायत या धारा 156(3) CrPC के तहत मजिस्ट्रेट में आवेदन। जांच के बाद साक्ष्य मिले तो ही चार्जशीट दाखिल होती है

yadi apki baat shi h aur medically and legally proof ho jata h tk usper fir registered ho jayegi isme koi dikkat nhi hai,yadi ye ghatna satya h to jaroor apki jeet hogi . according to Indian law fir must be registered at any time or any incident

Aapko pehle apne police station me ja kr FIR karani padegi agar aapki FIR police wale likhne se mna kret h to aapko SP ke yha advocate se application likhwani padegi jis application pr SP sahab aapki FIR likhne ke liye police station me call kr lenge or aapki police statement me aapko bula kr FIR ho jayegi uske baad usme chargesheet lage hi

fir aur chargesheet police station and court mein dakhil hoga police will take90 days to file the chargesheet settlement kar lo fir bhi fir will be cognizance offence jurisdiction depends on where you are staying

Aapke query ke facts ke according sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki rape ka case tabhi banta hai jab sexual relation bina consent ke ho ya phir false promise of marriage, force, threat, intoxication, ya consent vitiated ho. Agar aapne apni marzi se, bina kisi pressure ke sex kiya tha, to baad me sirf badla lene ya paise ke liye rape ka FIR karna kanooni jurm hai aur IPC 182/211 jaise sections me aap khud bhi fas sakti hain. Agar waqai sex aapki marzi ke khilaf hua hai, to aap turant: Nearest police station me written complaint/FIR dijiye Medical examination karaiye Evidence (chat, call recording, messages) preserve kijiye
