Dear Sir If you are not proposing to go abroad then you may plead guilty and close the matter by paying fine. If you would like to contest get the complainant turn histile before the court and get an acquittal judgment Please visit my office

You can plead guilty and pay fine to him. But as far as section 337 is concerned it is not attractable. You can approach High Court under 482 of CrPC and get the case quashed. But you should stop paying money or else they will keep asking many more time. I need to see the copy of FiR and other documents to advise accordingly.

I suggest you to contesting the matter it takes more time and you being working in private origination much difficulty for you to attend the court and your office. It's better plead guilty. U hv already spent more investments on them. thank you
