Motor Accident Case Status On Ecourt Services

An eicher hit my cousin sister n 2 other girls 9 months back, all 3 died. Her father filed FIR, they have added 302A case. Now after 9 months if i want to check that case status in ecourt app, how can i do so, using FIR number

You can approach an advocate for proper adjudication because charge sheet is not submitted before court by IO of police an advocate will help to you for speedy justice and also create a pressure to police for doing work.

yes you can do that using the fir number. on the expiry portal just put in the case status and use the first number to obtain the details of the case as it happened in the court. though you will not get the details of the case but you can get the order of the court from there

Good Morning, Open the app and click on case status. Then Select State and District from drop-down list. Then click on FIR tab. Now, fill the details on the page like Court name, FIR number, Police Station name and Year. There are 3 options- pending, disposed and both. Select both and click on go. You will be able to see the status of your case.
