Money theft after promising higher returns by trading.

GD cloud solutions is a company started in Trichy in Jan 2021. Promising guaranteed fixed returns (Twice the principle amount) by investing in Crypto and Stocks markets. I invested 7 lakh rupees, got 2.5 lakhs. After May 2021, they closed the company and absconded. They said they will repay , but not paying a single money for the last 6 months. Need guidance to take the case. Having the details of online transaction's, company registered address, brochure, bank details, phone number & location of the owners, what's up conversations.

You are one of the several people who is tricked by such conmen and still people are lured by them. If you have the current and confirmed location of the culprit then you can file a police complaint first through online and then by physical mode.
