Money spent on brother medical expenses.

Own Sister spent money on brother medical expenses and orally brother and his wife agreed to pay/refund the amount and and brother died and subsequently his wife took all his belongings including FDR in the banks and refused to pay or reimburse or repay the amount spent on medical expenses and on religious rituals expenses of her brother. What section are attracted . I want to file criminal case and any other case for immediate recover of my money.

Well, you need to have evidence, that, your Brother's Wife had promised you to reimburse you for Medical Bills and other expenses which you spent for the treatment of your Brother, when he fell ill. Without evidence, do not think of filing any case.
