Money recovery person physical damage of house property and threatenin

Hi sir , one of my friend recently suicide due to personal money recovery for high rate of interest. He was borrowed around 4 lakhs and paid off every month interest for 5% and paid back 1 lakh amount now was physical damage of property and threatening family members does we have any chance to file a case that could punishable seriously Thanks

Blackmailing is a serious offence and provision under section 384 of Indian Penal Code can be used to describe it. Blackmailing can also amount to criminal intimidation. Criminal intimidation has been well defined under the substantive provisions of Section 503 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
