money recovery after 3 year but proof is only video

We have video proof for the amount of 30 lakhs which has been recorded recently but the transaction took place 3 years ago and now he is denying to pay back the money, what should we do now?

you can still have your money back through legal process. I will advise you to hire advocate. I am also professional and I assure you that your money will get refunded back along with interest if the same is illegally hold.
