Money paid for an institution but fooled

Sir/Madam, This is related to a course enrollment with Study and Lead institute in NOIDA. I had paid the amount online for the course in B-tech in Electrical Engineering. Until now no information had received from the institution on course tests. Due to unnecessary delay in responding and sometimes terminating the calls all on a sudden and no messages on course. I had informed course counsellor by email on these matters but haven’t received any response until date. Please look into this matter and force them to re-credit the money with compensation. Your favourable action is needed to solve the issue.

it seems that you have been cheated. You should engage a lawyer who will send legal notice to the institute first. if there is no response, then you should file criminal complaint in police and also consumer complaint in consumer court.

first of all file a police complaint against them and also you can send legal notice to them if you have their address, after receiving of legal notice if they don't pay your money back so you can file a case against them.
