Money Fraud by a known person, blocked number, no response on whatsapp

My friend have my 90 thousand money which I gave him last year but he is not responding to my texts and blocked my calls from November, what I should do?

hi what was the mode of transferring the amount was it by a cheque or through online and was there any promissory note executed by him and you could aend him a legal notice to pay the amount and if he is not paying then you could file suit for recovery of money
