My parents borrowed money from neighbours with my cheque leaves but thr failed to return it now this happened 2 yr ago b4 my marriage but now tht neighbours filed FIR case aganist me and my husband family took money for marriage

Yes you better refund the amount and close the matter by return back the cheques to you. if he is not return the amount then you have to issue an notice throgh an advocate. first you need to take a bail from the court thereafter proceed the matter otherwise difficult to talk at the time of enquiry.

take Anticipatory bail for cheating and then appear before the police station and the concerned court. after that it's only when a chargesheet is filed you will be summoned again by the court. what are offenses alleged against you in the FIR. please let us know to give u advice specifically
