For how long can you keep it in custody if the name of the accused person name is not mentioned in FIR in molestation case
If the offence is plain 354 IPC then you may get bail from the magistrate after completion of police custody remand. You may also apply for anticipatory bail before the concerned sessions Court for pre arrest protection.

Well, no one can keep a person in Police Custody if his name is not present in the FIR. This is pivotal. If someone keeps an accused in Custody without his name in the FIR, then such custody should be considered as Illegal Confinement.
