Molestation and Outraging Modesty

I want to file an FIR against an Uncle who molested me and him and his wife together outraged modesty by said degrading things about me.

As you are telling that uncle molested you, he and his wife insulted your modesty by saying abusive words, the law does not allow any person to do such acts, first of all you should go to the police station whatever incident has happened.
