Mobile phone is not giving in police station

When am asking my mobile phone after my bail he is demanding for money and forcefully tourcher without any avedence am selling any kind of norcotic product how can I get my mobile return from station

I understand your question so police officer has not returned ur mobile you were arrest at drug case at that time police took your mobile right yes it is possible to return back your mobile Now you took bail from court right you already got released you do one thing you have to file one application in magistrate Court and give indemnity bond take court order to return your mobile from police Thank you for asking questions
