Mobile emi recovery from my friend.

Dear sir I have purchased phone from my credit card for my friend. Earlier he pays some emi, later on he is refusing to pay rest of amount. And he is also saying that phone is not with him, so why should I pay emi.nPhone bills on my name. And credit card is also on my name.nPlease suggest me how to recover my money.

As you stated in your query regarding return of money which you paid through credit card in lieu of purchase of mobile to your friend. As per law you can file case for breach of trust against your friend but you have to proof that mobile have been used by your friend which you purchased. feel free them call.
